What are the basic operation specifications for stretch wrapping machines?

1. The receipt of the equipment according to the instructions of the installation process equipment.
2. Plug 220V single plug socket and open control cabinet, and then open power fuse.
3. When the control panel is connected to the power supply, the red indicator light will be on, and the HMI will show the main picture set;
4. Parameter settings: set the number of wrapping circles, times, over top time, and strengthen circles according to the users' requirements.
5. (When replacing the film roll, be sure to press the emergency stop switch, to prevent film accidentally touched the film, motor guide roller, bump hands) in accordance with the direction of the film through the S-type film;
6. Pull out the stretch film by hand and fix it on the pallet that requires to be wrapped. Press the green start button of the control panel;
7. When the wrapping machine finished and stopped, cutting the stretch fim with the blade by hands, and the material can be covered by hands on the tray.
